Let’s talk about the good and bad things about Tacfit Commando.

Let’s start with the cons:

  • It takes some getting used to. As the exercises in this plan are very different than those done in the gym or with other fitness plans, you will need to get used to them.
  • This program is NOT right for you if your main focus is looks. It can get you a great looking body, but this is not the main goal.

Now, let’s go over the pros:

  • This is a program that doesn’t require equipment, nor access to a gym. This makes it cheaper than other plans and more versatile.

tacfit warriorLet’s face it, there are a ton of different fitness plans in the world. You can have your choice of hundreds of them. Why should you pick this one? Is Tacfit Commando really for you? Is this the plan that you should be using?

This is an important question to ask yourself before you purchase any product. However, it is especially important when you consider Tacfit. This is because this program is vastly different than most of the other fitness plans that you may find elsewhere. It has different methods, different goals, and a different approach to fitness.

The main thing that you need to know is that this plan is not about looks.

Yes, I know that you probably want to look your best and this is one of the reasons you workout. However, there should be other reasons too. You may want to become stronger, fitter, and more physically able.

The Tacfit Commando program is used by soldiers, security personnel, and other men and women who need to be physically in shape on the inside and not just the outside. They have to be able to perform in very difficult conditions and they need to excel in them. Their body is a tool that has to be in top shape. If you want to be that sort of person and have a body that is way more powerful than gym exercises can give you then this may be the best program for you.

What Is Tacfit Commando

If you’re thinking about buying the Tacfit Commando program you should at least know more about what it is. This is not your run of the mill fitness plan and it is not for everyone.

Tacfit Commando is a program that’s based on the workouts that various army units and law enforcement agencies train with to get their body in shape. I’m not just talking about visual shape but actual physical ability. These are people who need to be able to perform in the line of duty. They need to be able to do their job under fire, in rough conditions, and they need to excel at what they do.

This is why you need to understand that Tacfit workouts are not designed to make you look your best. This happens but it is not the main goal. The goal is to get you into the best physical shape of your life, to make your body more efficient, effective, and able.

So, these workouts will be very different than what you’re used to.You will find them totally new.

What you should also know is that Tacfit Commando workouts require no equipment. The idea is to simulate real life conditions. You won’t find dumbbells in the field. You won’t have a stability ball in a burning building, You need workouts that prepare your body to what really happens.

Tacfit Commando – A Look At Tacfit Workouts

One of the most intriguing fitness plan of the past two years is the Tacfit Commado program (known as Tacfit for short). In this plan, created by Scott Sonnon, I was first exposed to the sort of workouts done by elite forces of various military units and law enforcement agencies from around the world. It was an eye opening experience.

On this blog, I want to go over some of the things I learned about this plan and offer you as much information as I can deliver about it.
